Privacy Policy for CFT Calculator

At CFT Calculator, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information the CFT Calculator mobile application (the "App") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the App and to the information shared or collected within it. It does not apply to any information collected offline or through channels other than this App.

Consent

By using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

Data stored only on your device. Your calculation records — including any customer name, truck number, dimensions, price, and date you enter — are saved in the App's local storage on your device only. We do not upload these records to our servers and cannot access them. They are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.

Account information (optional). The App's core features can be used without an account (guest mode). If you choose to create an account — for example, to buy or manage premium (ad-free) access through a one-time in-app purchase — we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, country, and city. This information, together with your purchase status and access validity period, is stored on our servers to operate your account and provide your premium access.

Information collected automatically. When you use the App, some information is collected automatically by the third-party services we use:

  • Device and diagnostic information (for example, IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, an approximate location at country or region level derived from your IP address, and the time and date of use) via Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase, used for crash reporting and analytics.
  • An advertising identifier and related data via Google AdMob, used to show and measure ads.

How we use the information collected

We use the information described above to:

  • provide and operate the App and its features;
  • create and manage your account and premium (ad-free) access;
  • display and measure advertising for users without a subscription;
  • diagnose crashes, analyze usage, and improve the App;
  • respond to your support requests; and
  • comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for unsolicited direct marketing.

Diagnostic and crash data

When the App crashes or encounters an error, our diagnostic tools (Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase) automatically collect technical information to help us fix problems. This may include your device model, operating system version, app version, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, an approximate location (country or region, derived from your IP address), a crash report (such as the type of error and where it occurred), and the time and date of use.

Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Third-party ad networks may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies to measure ad performance and personalize the ads you see. We do not control these technologies. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it at any time. To do so, email us at feedback000786@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited information to comply with legal obligations. Calculation records saved locally on your device are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.

Children's information

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove such information from our records.

CCPA privacy rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to:

  • request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data it has collected about them;
  • request that a business delete personal data it has collected about them; and
  • request that a business that sells personal data not sell their personal data.

We do not sell personal information. If you make a request, we will respond within one month. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

GDPR data protection rights

We want to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access — request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification — request that we correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete information.
  • The right to erasure — request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing — request that we restrict processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing — object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability — request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization, or to you, under certain conditions.
